Extenuating circumstances and the coronavirus (COVID-19)

On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.

We want both customers and students to feel safe and comfortable using the NeighborING service to complete.

User Acknowledgment Waivers

All college students and customers will need to acknowledge:

- You have not been exposed to the virus
- You have not been in contact with any large crowds
- You have not been in contact or in the same area as individuals who have tested posted
- You have not tested positive for COVID-19
- You do not have any symptoms of COVID-19  View Here


If you feel concerned that you have been in contact with the virus and are not showing symptoms yet, use caution and get intouch with your local physician.

I need to cancel my chore

Scheduled chores that were made on or before March 14, 2020 are eligible for cancellation at any time with no cancellation fee. We ask that you please keep us updated with your decision if you do decide to cancel your chore.
